Specialists
At Brooklands we have regular visits from various specialists. These include a Chiropodist, optician, aromatherapist, reflexologist, and a weekly hairdressing visit.
We also have a full time occupational therapist to aid and support residents.
We have regular visits from GP's whenever necessary, and a consultant psychiatrist and community psychiatric nurse visits the home as often as required to provide continuity of care.
There is also a support group for residents relatives, and we meet two monthly, where we go on various outings, and meals or shows.
In order to maintain our high standard of care, we have an audit via our questionnaire sent to all relatives, friends and suppliers.
